ตร.จ่อแจ้งหาข้อเพิ่ม"หมอป๊อป"ประมาททำให้ผู้อื่นตาย หลังพริตตี้สาวเหยื่อฉีดฟิลเลอร์เสียชีวิต

 

จากกรณีที่นายธนัช ณัชวีระกุล หรือนายป๊อป ผู้ต้องหาที่อ้างตัวเองว่าเป็นหมอ และใช้สารฟิลเลอร์ ฉีดเข้าไปในร่างกายของน้องกระแต หรือ น.ส.อาทิตยา เอี่ยมแย้ม พริตตี้สาวจนกลายเป็นเจ้าหญิงนิทราและเสียชีวิตลงเมื่อเวลา 10.40 น. ของวันที่ 2 ตุลาคมนั้น

ที่กองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาล (บช.น.) พล.ต.ต.อนุชัย เล็กบำรุง รอง ผบช.น.รับผิดชอบงานด้านกฎหมายและสอบสวน เปิดเผยว่า หลังเกิดเหตุน้องกระแตได้เข้ารับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาล และกลายเป็นเจ้าหญิงนิทรา

จากนั้นนายธนัชก็ได้เดินทางเข้ามอบตัวกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจกองกำกับการสวัสดิภาพเด็กและสตรี กก.ดส. พร้อมทั้งมีการแจ้งข้อหากระทำการโดยประมาทเป็นเหตุให้ผู้อื่นได้รับอันตรายสาหัส มีโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 3 ปี ปรับไม่เกิน 6 พันบาท แต่เนื่องจากผู้ต้องหาเข้ามอบตัว ทางตำรวจจึงปล่อยตัวชั่วคราว

อย่างไรก็ตาม จากการที่น้องกระแตเสียชีวิต พนักงานสอบสวน สน.พหลโยธิน จะต้องเรียกนายธนัชเข้ามาแจ้งข้อหาเพิ่มเติม คือ ข้อหากระทำการโดยประมาทเป็นเหตุให้ผู้อื่นถึงแก่ความตาย มีโทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 10 ปี ปรับไม่เกิน 2 หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

As a product promoter, beauty was important to 33-year-old Athitiya Eiamyai.

Thus, a quick treatment to get a more rounded figure seemed like a good idea.

 

It wasn't. Athitiya put her trust in Thanat Natveerakul, or Dr Pop as he calls himself, who, it turned out, has no licence and no proper training to carry out figure-enhancing treatments.

 

On September 16, Mr Thanat injected an imported substance into Athitiya's buttocks at a condominium in Lat Phrao as part of a procedure to make her figure more curvaceous.

Within minutes she lost consciousness. Doctors said later that her heart stopped beating and her brain was starved of oxygen for at least four minutes.

Yesterday, at 10:35am, she died.

 

Suwinai Bussarakamwong, a director at Kluaynamthai Hospital, where Athitiya had been treated since Sept 18, said the woman had been relying on a ventilator to breathe. Her condition had steadily deteriorated over the past two weeks.

 

He said Athitiya's blood pressure dropped rapidly yesterday morning, and she did not respond to medication.

With the consent of Athitiya's parents, doctors turned off the ventilator.

 

Mr Thanat was initially charged with offering a medical service without holding a license, which has a maximum penalty of three years jail and a 30,000 baht fine, and also with illegally operating an unregistered clinic, which carries a maximum penalty of three years jail and a 60,000 baht fine.

 

Now, he is likely to face murder charges as well.
